We were vacationing in Stockholm and came across this unique store! The woodcarver was in the back working on new creations. The boy and the apple tree captured my heart. I was amazed that the wood colors were not stained, but wood from different trees to create the colors and shading. His eyes capture the true feeling behind this unique peace of artwork. My husband saw how much I had fallen in love with this little boy and purchased it as a gift for me. Now we are back in the states, and he still wins my heart peaking through the apple tree.
